elephant parade

it was either eleiphants or background in focus today
Spent the morning designing a poster, booking trains, working out (and printing) running routes and various other computer things.
No-one at craft group again, some ill and I expect the cold detered others, so I had longer to visit a friend who's recently had surgery.
Ran the running routes this evening, 14 out despite the frost and no-one complained I kept making them run up hills - though they did decline a re-run of the longest one!
