Cut down to size

After church I settled down to numerous tasks. Finalising my mother’s and my own tax return. Getting furniture ready for repair tomorrow, tidy things in the garden; clear out the cupboard under the stairs. That last one took 5 hours from emptying out, sifting through, 2 full car loads to the tip, then putting stuff back in a tidier fashion. The cleaning up.

Very satisfying though I did not find a certain item I was looking for.

To get some fresh air I went out and got the Christmas trees prepared for the collection on Thursday.
