Patchwork Quilt

Quick blip tonight.

This patchwork hangs over the stair in the Friends Meeting House, which is the venue for our U3A geology sessions. Designed in the Amish style by the community, the quilting depicts the natural world (see better in large); some of the details in the bottom border are delightfully naive and worthy of a blip in their own right.

Thanks for the approval of our waffles yesterday but sorry I can't catch up on comments for a few days.
