Tuning in to Young People

Absolutely fantastic day today where we were part of running Scotland's first Youth Employment Summit, with young people, employers and decision-makers coming together to identify solutions and support.

It is such a key issue for our young people right now, but we know from our work they are full of brilliant ideas about how to make things better. It was so good to see other organisations and employers get exposed to that, and to have some of their stereotypes shattered.

We also had not one but SIX Scottish Government Ministers coming along - keen to hear directly from young people about what needs to improve. All in all, a brilliant and humbling day - as ever when we put young people in the driving seat.

And a great venue too - this wee statue is one of hundreds which adorn the walls of the Hub stairwell.
