Warm......

This "chap" looked ready for the current cold snap...and an interesting choice of boots! The shop was called This & That...of which I have far too much plenty.

I had a good work out at the gym this morning. I've managed three session this week to make up for none last week because life took over.


I went for routine blood tests following Tuesday's appointment and only had to wait 15 mins. I'd only just opened my book when my number showed up!
