Autumn mist

A stunning early morning walk round Ferry Meadows, with a touch of frost on the grass, mist in the valley and glorious sunshine illuminating the myriad of spiders webs. It probably would have been even better if I'd got up half an hour earlier!

The rest of the day's been largely spent drawing maps and finishing the first draft of a report, though I managed to spend a little time in the garden, and finally got around to making the quinces into membrillo.
