Cadiz on our First Day

We had arrived in Cadiz by train from Madrid - a great journey.  Passing through Jerez all we saw were olive trees - not a vine in sight.  How do they make Sherry?

Our hotel - La Catedral was on one side of a square - the other side was the Cathedral - logical really when you think of the name!  We were on the second floor and out windows looked out at this wonderful sight.  This was the bell tower at night and another blip is the portico.

We wandered and the other four blips reflect our wanderings:

There is a colony of cats on the breakwater and this little ginger cat was one of them - lots of ginger.  They all looked pretty healthy
