The Thames bursting at the seams

It was a Saturday trip to the old age home to see K's mom and then couldn't resist a walk down the Thames in Goring, even though it was raining. There was an ultramarathan on which involved 4 x 25 miles - quite a distance in rain and cold~!

Then it was off to watch SA play England in rugby and what a disappointing game. Haven't watched rugby for a while but I see I haven't missed much. Now watching the All Blacks - who incidently have always been my favourites!! Now that's how you should play rugby.
