Hazelnut & pear crumble

Just testing a recipe out for my next class. I can't decide whether to go for the cardamon & cinnamon spice mix, or a ginger and lemon one. I'll have to make a decision soon though, since there is only a week to go.

The crumble is a mix of coconut, dried fruit and hazelnuts. You never need bother with a flour, hard fat, and sugar mix again.
