Christmas Thai style

Today was a wander and relax day after a psychotic overnight 12 hour bus trip from Chiang Mai back to Bangkok. I'm very tired but still smiling...it could be delerium kicking in...did I mention the psychotic bus trip that landed me in Bangkok in the pitch-black dark with absolutely no idea where I was...I waited for daylight, then made my move....and by move I mean two hour walk...it didn't look that far on the map! I'm sure Bear Grylls was half way across town by then!!!

Todays blip - Christmas decorations Thai style - the whole city seems to have been decorated whilst I was up North. It seems odd to see so many christmas decorations in a predominately Buddhist, Muselim, Hindu and then Christian country. Mind you, Boots chemists doesn't make much sense either...welcome to Thailand! :)
