It's All About The Numbers

Like the number of times I am having to type this entry to get it to post (3 times so far).

SWMBO and I went to the Botanic Gardens this morning and were met by a large gathering of Hogs, Hondas, Beemers and 'Unknowns' …………. the starting point for some charity run I believe.

Our visit was mainly so that I could see the exhibition of woodturning by a local club. There was some nice stuff and I have come away with a couple of ideas.

I also wanted to see if there were any nice colours.
One of the nicest was the burnished bronze of the cherry.

The trip home was a bit of a nightmare with construction work closing half of Queensferry Road needlessly and causing huge tailbacks all over the place as people tried to avoid it.

I have finished making the gifts for The Usual Suspects - now I have to decide how I am going to decorate them and make them personal.
