Back to reality

Another scrumptious breakfast this morning...I think I might have put on about a stone this weekend! Then it was time to pack our things and leave the hotel. We drove back into town as I realised we hadn’t seen Shakespeare’s house the day before and James wanted to get some bits from the food festival. We stocked up for Christmas with some cheese, chutneys, toffee vodka and a Christmas log.

We made it home at lunch time and the children were brought home shortly afterwards. It was a bit of bump back to reality this evening making packed lunches and ironing for the week ahead. However James said he had the best birthday ever and we will definitely made the most of it.
