Tuna catch...

We made it, the early start, and enjoyed amazing views of the coast line from the coach into Argostoli. Wonderful to be driven and not have to drive and manoeuver the hairpin bends.

Fascinating to see the fishing boats with their tackle and catches and to watch really big fish being cut up. Also to see several very big turtles benefitting from fish thrown back into the water.

Then a walk down streets selling souvenirs and others selling more mundane but equally interesting goods. Lots of different architecture too. More than one pair of eyes needed! Lots of photographs taken!

The journey back was good too and so were the sunbeds on the beach back home to rest our weary feet...
