Farewell Andalucia
Heading seriously north today, after a fortnight in Andalucia I'm into Castille y La Mancha. I passed within 50 miles of Don Quixote's windmills. Also swopping horizon to horizon olive groves for vineyards and a surprising acreage of onions and sunflowers - the photo is my campsite view.
I let Gertie do her navigation thing again, following long stretches of 'N' roads - like British 'A' roads but without the traffic or potholes. This worked perfectly despite our usual differences of opinion over what counts as an exit from a roundabout, and her penchant for insane short cuts which I cheerfully ignore.
