Hello Bordeaux

Up and over the Col du Portillon into lowland France. The main event of the day was a bit of a Mexican standoff between a ‘convoi exceptionnel’ and a caravan coming up whilst I was still descending the mountains (see extra pic). I got to practice my reversing skills back uphill as did a few others before being able to squeeze past. Now on a lovely rural French campsite in the vineyards with free roaming chickens.
