Calvari Steps

At the foot of the Calvari Steps in Pollenca is this un-named and rather odd sculpture. With a nice green bicycle parked behind it. In all the 13 years we've coming to Majorca this has got to be the slowest, least adventurous holiday. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the villa to the centre of Pollenca so after swims (had to resue a wee lizard from the pool. It survived) and breakfast we finally set off. A leisurely wander round, coffee, modest food and then back. One of us is currently having her hair cut. Really appreciating the air con in the villa. I expect this isn't good for the environment but it is saving our bacon on a humid, thundery day. Eating in tonight. It's lovely on the terrace at the villa - till the mozzies get going.
