Otter RIP

Otter died this morning. He was such a brilliant dog - the perfect pet really. At nearly 14 he had lived a long life and a happy one. I feel a bit sad I must admit though I'm glad he went peacefully while he still had a bit of dignity. And he was a dog so this has to be seen in perspective. There are so many real tragedies in the world and indeed on blip.

Otter had a devoted fan base so he will be missed locally and further afield. Flora the puppy,  the four year old and his Borrow My Doggy pals will be especially out of sorts.

The blip is the Stirling Albion shirt given to Otter on his retirement from being an office dog some seven years ago. Here he is wearing it.
