Slimmer Waist

Browsing the magazines in the supermarket on the way home from the wedding yesterday. We could have popped in to a National Trust place on the way back but didnt feel in the mood (hangover? -Ed.). And anyway it was soon raining hard so we would have got a soaking.

I spotted the Slimmer Waist item in the mag on the left ad thought it might be a good read while I am having my coffee and cream doughnut.

I enjoyed Bodyguard on the telly in the evening. But wouldnt he have been vetted more thoroughly before they let him near a top politician? Looking forward to tonight's episode.
