Darwen Moor

Took a walk up Darwen Moor today and dragged the sledge along. Unlike other areas of UK we have missed most of the heavy snow (at the moment) but the moors caught some. Found some good fast slopes and deep drifts. Darwen Tower tops the moor and it's silloutte sometimes resembles a space rocket. The nearly full moon was rising so it made a suitable blip.
