Bringing In The Catch

We had a great day today. After breakfast we met up with two of my uncles aunties, sharing images and stories and laughing a lot. Then picked up a couple of pasties from a local farm shop (plus a large slice of coffee and walnut cake, ssshhhh) and meandered down to the very pretty village of Helford where we scoffed the goodies sat on a bench at the head of the creek. We walked off a few calories before diverting to the Shipwrights Arms to put them all back again! Some extras of the village too.

We then made a brief stop at St Anthony before heading to England's most southerley point at the The Lizard where we did more calorie replacement in the form of a good walk followed by a delumptious ice cream.

This evening we met up with my best mate and his finance for a nice meal and a good catch up on the harbourside at Porthleven, finishing off with coffees and teas at theirs.

Ahh bliss.
