Port Appin Structures. The Food Court

The two food shops are built around the shop front style of a shop in Dunoon and the upper floor of a small pub in Millport - which it mainly resembles.  The Ice Cream parlour I've called Baldasera's after my local shop when I was a kid, a touch of self indulgence there, and Gunns Fish Shop is fictional but I liked the logo - somewhere of the internet.

The posterised treatment I've give it is inspired by the paintings of Ron Lawson.  He specialises in Scottish paintings of island cottages and the like.  I'm pleased with the effect, I may try some more.
