Bad experience

Been out the last couple of nights to get some hare pictures.  They're out there, my neighbour says he's seen three leaping about the bottom field.  I went out again tonight and there wasn't a glimmer of them.  While I was standing in the hedge (hide) a horse fly bit me on the neck, but you don't want a pic of that.  Then I noticed two herons in the short grass, picked up the camera, focussed and realised I had the wrong lens on.  Frollicks.
