A walk in the woods

Yay no more work for me for 18 days! To celebrate me and kiddies took a drive to the woods. We had a great 3 mile walk and completed our nature hunt sheet. We also collected different leaves, watched the butterflies, picked up some pine cones and learnt about forest conservation.

After a well deserved picnic the kiddies had a play in the park. They got so hot running around and we’re both sweating. Only one thing was left to do. Into the cafe for ice creams!
