Manche to the Med day 1

Manche to the Med day 1. Caen to Argentan. 55 miles - a slight detour due to a closed bridge but Mr PB would gave been hailed down by a sweet old french man needing his tyre pumped up.  The Hebrides were rocking on a Sunday compared to France. However I've had 3 pastries, half a pizza and frites,  ice cream beer and dinner. Our washing ia dry already! I am pleased to say that we have been tourists stopping to look at Pegasus Bridge, on to the very  pretty Falaise where we explored sport WW2 rebuilt church and on to Argentan where the fabulous camping municipal is 7 Euros a night - fab facilities and so friendly. Another rebuilt church - lots of gargoyles and a lace museum.
