Happy birthday Fu

A day of cooking and baking. I think this is the first birthday cake I have made him as my mum usually buys one. Chocolate cherry and fresh cream with chocolate fudge icing. Scrummy. This followed a Mexican feast. Needless to say I spent all day preparing it. Quite enjoyed myself.
