Very Grand!

I didn’t get chance to Blip yesterday as the day flew by! I went for a swim first thing, then went to the supermarket, followed by work which was extremely busy!

Lorraine and Emily arrived last night - they care by train and got a taxi to work so they could drop their bags off and then went for something to eat until it was time for me to finish.

I’ve been working again today so they’ve been left to their own devices, but on my way to work I dropped them off in town and went with them while Emily had her ears pierced as her appointment was at 9am.

I had a bit of time to kill before work so stopped to take some photos of the Grand Hotel which has been covered in scaffolding for over a year as it’s had a major overhaul externally. It’s now looking very Grand!

At lunch time I went down to the beach and actually lay and sunbathed, I feel so lucky to be able to do this during the working day, the hardest thing is going back to work though!

Lorraine and Emily came to meet me from work and we’re now going to relax in the garden. Alan’s going shooting tonight and us girls are having a night in the hot tub with a bottle of prosseco. We’ve not resolved the air leak of the hot tub yet and just keep topping it up with air, but this weekend we’ll empty it completely and see if we can find the problem.
