Tranquil...

...but looks can be deceiving! 
I set to the next bed for my final lot of brassicas - Romanesque cabbages! Huge Lady's mantle  and lots of marjoram and oregano removed along with dandelions. Then I set to getting the dock out that was growing in the path and that I had tried to get out when digging the last bed. Well it's the dock from hell! The hole got progressively deeper and larger and still the bugger would not come out! In the end I poured a whole can of water into the hole and left it to soak - hopefully tomorrow I will get to the end of it's ginormous root!
