Party

We slept long then got out of the house for a stroll over the fleamarket and breakfast at the French. More galettes!
Then we walked over the Bergmannstraßenfest and looked at stalls we had not seen yet. 
We walked up Tempelhofer Berg to check out a hidden Bar Neil had read about and found accidentally the local Gin distillery (Mampe Berlin).
We went in as there was a tasting and had some strong stuff. I walked out with a bottle of Kreuzberger Gin.....
Fiona and Kevin had arrived in the meantime and were sitting with a beer at Milagro. We said hello but needed to rush away for a bit. Neil needed a shave and I had to read the contract version I got from Christina, before I could have any more alcohol.
My reading took a bit longer and Neil went out to find our friends.
I met a bit after at Melitta Sundström sitting in the sun.
We had a drink then walked around the festival.
On the way I found the best ice cream in the area, a very small shop off Mehringdamm. the pistachio and chocolate ice-cream was divine!
We had some food, caipirinhas, listen to a drag band until after 10 pm.
Then we went to the junction bar to see a local Ska band, which was fun.
NExt stop was supposed to be Melitta, but the event that was advertisen in the afternoon was not on - or had probably been on in the past. So we walked into the Maze bar in the back yard, which was quite nice.
We ended the night in the Clash bar!
Home after 3 am.
