Snooze

A couple of homeless people, catching a break in a sunny corner, sheltered from today's wind and cold.

I'm always struck by the contrasts of a country where you hear (ad nauseum) of the billions spent dishing out dirt during the last elections, while at the same time seeing people without a cent to their name. How do things go so out of whack?
