Zumba!

How to entice staff to an otherwise boring-sounding topic? Sponsor a live zumba class in the middle of the public atrium (featured here from my 9th floor office)!

It was a nice distraction from a mind-numbing writing job. Talk about high energy! the music reverbarated off the walls, the class participants were jumping all over the place; even onlookers started swaying to and fro and pumping fists. Nice to know that this staid organization can 'get down!' :)
