Oh! A caterpillar

Got home from work after picking the girls up from After School care, and noticed that there were a number of paper wasp nests on the fence. Commandeered the Eldest's sandal and we made our way along the fence and destroyed 12 nests...all with the laying wasp there. That was an utter victory for things like this wee chap, who the Youngest and I found on the rest of our perimeter sweep.

The paper wasps deal to the Monarchs, so I like to do my own little bit of dealing to them.

I'm looking forward to watching this teeny chap grow over the next few weeks.
