Pondering

The view from my seat as I sat outside and enjoyed a drink at lunchtime. The day started cloudy so the sunshine and considerable warmth were an unexpected treat. As you can, the grounds where I work are filled with mature trees, sweeping lawns and herbaceous borders. I don't take the time to savour it as I should.

Considering seeing a nutritionist about a few food intolerances I have developed in the last ten years. Suspect changes in my body caused by aging are to blame and don't want to get caught up in an expensive series of tests so not sure whether to proceed. The nutritionist seemed to suggest in her email that lifestyle can be a major factor but others in my family have developed similar problems at my age so suspect not that. I shall ponder!
