Verreeee Arteeee

It’s a bit full on this place; up early to fetch papers and coffees before stepping out down town. First stop the Photographer’s Gallery where three new exhibitions had opened. A couple of street photographery things and Alex Prager on the top two floors. Seriously very brilliant - particularly the film of the Crowd.
That didn’t leave us speechless for long - nooo! As we’d a lunch time assignation with LadyG and her amour, MrC and most lovely it was too, overlooking the warm thronging streets. And MrC likes sailing - I can see a riverside gaff up the Thames before long, m’Lady.
Onward to the RA and the wonderfully huge Summer Exhibition - the £25k portrait of Farage bafflingly remains unsold, people!
Back to WH and out to F&H’s for a grand evening of veggie fare rounded off with an apricot pastry - and then to the board games. Oh Lordy - a game based around identifying the flags of the world? Seriously? I was reasonably up to speed on this around 1968. There are some really naff flags out there now - graphically illustrates the way this world is going, so it does. And it’s a rubbish game anyway.
