Lincolnshire is generally a very flat county, if we ignore the Wolds to the north east and of course Lincoln itself. Lincoln's cathedral and castle are both situated at the top of a hill which can be reached, if approached from the west via Steep Hill which is just like it says. We've been up and down this beautiful hill lots of times now and haven't yet lost interest (I was going to say grown tired, but that's true every time you reach the top!).

This square crams 200-300 stalls in for the Lincoln Christmas Market. Hopefully we will get to visit that this year.
