Diary of an Edinburgher

More progress

Gym ✔️

Went along in the afternoon for a change, and it was full of young folk. In the mornings it's usually oldish folk. It's certainly a well used local facility, with the pool as well.

We've been busy getting ready for our visitors tomorrow. They're here to look after Archie while we're away next week. Another holiday in sunny climes. Yay!

It's been a lovely day, though perishing cold in the wind. Archie has been out the back, and out the front, without incident. In fact, in the afternoon, the young neighbour had a wee friend who loved him (our wee neighbour prefers Rufus) and he could be seen puttering about with them quite happily. Progress!

I cut the grass, though it didn’t really need it. This was only to avoid cutting the hedge, which does need it...

JR was dusting around the sofa (I’d already done this) but she moved it aside and found FOUR Ferraro Rocher! (I KNEW I hadn’t eaten them all that time the box fell over). Bonus.

Here's Archie trying out the newly painted front bench. He likes it. His collar is on the table as a wee warning.
