Archie is spared a bath

Gym ✔️

25 minutes today, because I had to keep going an extra bit as I recognised where I was walking on the screen circuit. And yes, it was the Franz Josef Glacier (in NZ). I trekked up to it many moons ago, when I was much younger and had working knees.

I gave Archie a much needed haircut, which saved him from a bath, as I cut away much of his dirty hair.

I took Archie out to the Links this afternoon (JR was whizzing away on the sewing machine) and actually, though it was sunny, there was blomin' chilly breeze. Though some folk were in tee shirts!

We met Rufus and his mum, who accompanied us on the walk, and by the time we came back home, we'd collected another neighbour and her wee granddaughter. Rufus and his mum were easily tempted in for a G&T in the sun, out of the breeze, in the back garden.

Here's the two lads, beginning to look a wee bit frantic, as it was well past their tea time, and nobody was looking like feeding them any time soon...
