Chilly out and chilli in
Once you've diced the veg all you have to do is leave it to marinate, and at the last minute blend up a sauce.
Main ingredients are: mouli, yellow pepper, carrots, spring onions, mushrooms and sprouted mung beans. The sauce is made from sun-dreid tomatoes, dried fungi, dates and fresh chilli. This could have been jazzed up with some fermented nut cream, but it is really good on its own.
