'E don't do much, do 'e mum?

I usually allow myself a screenshot from our Sheffield Peregines webcam each year. This year's brood has followed a common pattern: 4 eggs, 3 hatchings. Last year, the unhatched egg was recovered and examined. One theory was that it was unfertilised but it was found that the chick was malformed at an early stage.
