Apple blossom

A busy day we were all up early for a meeting at the venue of our daughters wedding.  It was the first time we had really had the opportunity to see the venue and to hear the arrangements as they discussed the last minute details with the coordinator.  We were very impressed with both the venue and all the arrangements they have had to make.  It should be a good day, less than 4 weeks to go now.

Then it was a drive back home, passing Stonehenge on the way, see extra.  We were three quarters home when a noisy old mini passed us in the outside lane.  I noticed its exhaust looked like it was low and we slowed our car down.  Next moment the complete exhaust system fell off but fortunately rolled into the gutter avoiding us.  The mini managed to stop safely but probably didn't get home for some time.  We stopped for a very late lunch in Honiton where this blossom was in flower.
