Bank Holiday sun

What a lovely hot bank holiday Monday.  A cloudless sky and very little breeze could have meant it was too hot but its probably a little cooler by the sea.  We set off early for a short local walk along the coastal footpath where this shot, looking back towards Budleigh Salterton, was taken.

We headed for Ladram Bay where many families were out enjoying themselves on the beach and in the water mainly in kayaks, its a bit too cool to swim yet.  On the way back walking along the banks of the River Otter I spotted a swarm of bees around a tree, see extras.  A great sunny day.
