2018 Friday — Sign of the Times

As of this morning Mr. Fun’s mom’s house went into a short escrow AND our house (see photo) went into a 45 day escrow as well.

We signed all the paperwork for both houses late yesterday afternoon. Our house went on the MLS 14 days ago. Escrow ends June 18th!  Grammie Fun’s house went on the MLS this past Sunday.

We have some serious work in front of us to get moved out. We are planning to get moved into our former home very soon so we can have an estate/moving sale at our current house in early June (it’s already scheduled with a professional) and we hope to sell almost everything. Our goal is to downsize.

We are excited and SO tired that we don’t know whether to spit or wind our watches!
