2017 Thursday -- Service Awards

The four of us in the photo were recognized and honored for 25 Years of employment at the college -- one an office worker, one a counselor, one a professor (me), and one a librarian.

Approximately 40 people were honored during this awards ceremony, for 5 years, 10 years; 15 years; 20 years; 25 years; and 30 years of service. Everyone is about to accomplish another year of service because this awards luncheon was recognizing the years accomplished as of last June.

It was an emotional moment to say the least. I am amazed how quickly 25, well really 26, years has come and gone.
