Bunny Ears Prickly Pear

Just as the Black-spine prickly pear flowers were the first time I've blipped them, so are these White Bunny Ears aka Angel Wings or Polka Dot prickly pear flowers. The flowers are a bright lemon color and up to 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter. This is a small cactus, up to 2 feet (60 cm) high and up to 5 feet (1.5 m) across. The pads are only six inches long. It has no spines, but instead has numerous white hair-like glochids in dense clusters. 

NB: I did this post about a half hour ago.  Since then I discovered I had completely misidentified the cactus.  I had to completely rewrite it.  The photo did not change.
