Now I hope you are not going to get nightmares, and I do think this should have been up at Halloween. 

The bike race doesn't go past the health centre but they thought they would include the "cycling district nurse" when I approached from the rear I thought some idiot had put their little girl up on the bike on the railings then I saw no adult present, then as I drew nearer I realised it was this thing, it reminded me of an Horror film from some time back when a doll was take over by the mind of a serial killer I think they called it "Chucky" good job the  race isn't going past or they may have had an accident if they saw that. Hope I don't need the district nurse if she's going to look like that, LOL

Still all in good spirit and shows they wanted to do something.
