Unexpected visit

Yes! I did manage a proper 20 minute stint on the cross trainer. Good!

Isobel came to take Archie out. She has one more exam this week, then she's finished for the year. But she'll be back in July. She's so enthusiastic and just loves Archie and his funny wee ways.

I then had an appointment at the hospital with a rheumatologist. He reckons I have arthritis in my back and my neck, but will do x-rays to confirm. That explains a lot!

I stopped off in town on the way back. I need new gym shoes. I got a pair, which I’m wearing around the house, but I’m not sure of them.

Town looked lovely. I should really have stopped and got the classic shot of the castle through blossom. But I couldn’t be bothered.

Archie came out to help me get the washing in. That's two days in a row the washing's been hanging out!

Elizabeth popped in. Archie had just finished his tea, and charged along the hall to meet her like a dog demented. What excitement! Not sure the doggie-meat-smelling kisses were what Elizabeth wanted, but it's what she got, hehehe...
