When your kids are little it's important to make them believe that they can live up to their dreams.

You don't tell them things are impossible; you tell them everything is possible if you want it hard enough.

You don't tell them they can't be a footballer, or a fairy, if that's what they want to be, you do everything in your power to make it come true.

You try to tell them, that it won't always be easy, and that their dreams won't come easily, but if they really, really want them, they will find a way to make them succeed.

You tell them, "go out and make it work for you, take a big deep breath and do whatever it takes despite the fear".

You can tell them this, because having children makes you do things you fear in order to do your best by them.
