Happy Easter everybody!

I missed the Easterbunny in the morning - was too busy baking. No Bunny blip, I'm sorry!

These are Deie - recipe from a TV cookshow about local specialties in the south-west corner of Germany. Had not heard of Deie before, they looked good and here they are.

Looks like pizza baguette, doesn't taste like it. Mine are a whole wheat flour yeast dough (the recipe doesn't ask for whole wheat), sour cream on top and I tried three different variations: ham and onions, tomatoes and chives, apples and cinnamon.
Good party food!
