The Dandelion Cutter

It will be "Bettsäächersalat" for him - tonight or tomorrow.
I was told the younger the leaves the better, and the best grows on mole hills.
My dad loved dandelion salad and used to cut it in the meadows. I don't think my mom had any since he died.
