Liberton Tower
Built in the latter half of the 15th Century and abandoned as a dwelling in the early 1600s the tower was used as a farm store until the end of the last century.
Now, resorted as accommodation, it overlooks Edinburgh. this morning with the change of clocks meant I was out in time to see the morning sun catch the east wall.
Another lovely day allowing a brief bit of work in the garden - long overdue; a lot of work dusting at home as the building works seem to project dust throughout the house; and yet more reading.
I resisted, for the moment, the vibrant colours of crosses, daffodils and the "early flowering" rhododendron which,I know I've blipped over the years. this year it is at least a month behind but is now coming into full bloom.
