Fitting New AC day 2

(Back blip) This was the final day fitting the new ACs for the bedrooms. It's all done now apart from boxing in a small portion of the pipework which shows in the alcove in the lounge. There was a problem getting the pipes around the chimney and the guy told us this would be the case when he came to measure up initially and suggested we have it boxed in and install downlights, so that will be done next week. Apart from that I am amazed that they have fitted all the pipework thru the celings from the front of the apartment to the back. They only made two tiny holes in the ceiling in the kitchen which were covered over discretely by metal plates and they removed the hall lights and made use of those holes to feed the pipes thru as well. Then two small holes were drilled in the hall ceiling outside each of the bedrooms and small holding tanks (about the size of a mug) were fitted and then inspection plates were put over these holes. These tanks are just to collect any condensation, they only have to be checked once a year when the ac is serviced.

Very impressed by this company's work. Now to return to our lawyer so she can complete our application for our licence to rent out the property for holiday lets! It's been a long process but we're almost there.
